Proposal of methodology for multimedia service quality evaluation using Quality of Experience

چکیده
This contribution deals with service quality evaluation methods. With increased demand for real-time multimedia services, several types of traffic flows traverse the network infrastructure. Broad spectrum of heterogeneous services requires that different network conditions must be met using a toolset called Quality of Service (QoS). Accurate evaluation of delivered QoS is necessary. This contribution proposes a methodology for process of service quality evaluation that uses Quality of Experience (QoE) as the main evaluation aspect of delivered QoS.
